Any compatible cartridge in original package, un-opened and in resellable condition can be returned within 30 days from date of original purchase. Unless we shipped the wrong item, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred by Gatewayink.com and 20% restocking fee. Refer to the return procedure for opened items.

An order can not be cancelled once it has been processed for shipment. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred by Gatewayink.com and 20% restocking fee.

Gatewayink.com guarantees you that the cartridge will not cause any damage to the compatible machine. Gatewayink.com will reimburse the customer up to $100 or replace the machine at our discretion, if it is proved that the cartridge caused damage to the machine. The customer will have to submit a written statement to that effect with all the details from a technician of an authorized service center.

While our site provides help in finding cartridge or part numbers for a machine, we suggest that customers refer to the machine's manual before placing an order.

The customer will be informed if the items are on back-order. In such a case, the customer can either continue with the order or cancel it.

If the shipment is not received with in the normal delivery period of 2 to 5 days, the customer will wait for a total period of 2 weeks from the date of shipment before contacting us for replacement.

We charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Missouri.
