If the cartridge is found to be defective and has at least 50% ink or toner in it, Gatewayink.com will send the replacement at no charge to the customer. Gatewayink.com will even reimburse the normal ground shipping charges incurred by the customer to return the defective cartridge. So, your purchase with us is 100% risk free.
Our return procedure is straightforward and simple. You simply need to obtain
an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number from Gatewayink.com, fill out the RMA form and
send it to us.
Step 1:
Send email with the order number, date of purchase, your name, phone number, email, address,
nature of problem. Gatewayink.com will send you an RMA number.
Step 2:
Fill in the RMA form and send it along with the product. Pack the product in the original
packing material. Use caution to prevent any damage to the cartridges. Gatewayink.com will
not be responsible for the lost or damaged items during shipment. It will be in the customer's interest to send the product by regular ground shipping with tracking number.
Step3:
If the item is found to be defective, Gatewayink.com will either send you a replacement or refund your
money. It may take up to 2 weeks to process the request after Gatewayink.com receives the item. If you need a
replacement right away, we suggest you to place another order with us when getting the RMA# and request a
refund for the defective item.
If the product is found to be non-defective, the customer can request for return of the product within a week of notification. The customer will be responsible for shipping & handling charges.
The shipping charges are non-refundable if the customer opts for refund instead of replacement for the defective cartridge. $3.95 will be charged if free shipment was availed for the supplies.
